第一階段:
於2024年7月或以前獲公布考試成績之畢業生

- 回覆後請下載並儲存“回覆確認”以作日後領取畢業禮袍參考之用。遞交資料後，亦請查閱電郵，確保已收妥由系統所發出的『確認電郵』。
- 如屆時未能提供『確認電郵』, 學院秘書處保留拒絕派發畢業禮袍的權利。
- 出席畢業典禮的兼讀制課程畢業生需於 2024
年 10 月 2日（星期三）或之前繳交畢業費用三百元正(畢業費用包括畢業禮袍及/或入場劵)。繳費詳情請參閱下載區。
- 於領取時段期間，請擕帶並向秘書處出示：
(i)『確認電郵』及
(ii) 自動櫃員機入數收據或以電話、網上繳費靈等之收據證明予學院秘書處﹝畢業費繳款單據﹞。
- 如屆時未能提供有關繳款單據，秘書處保留拒絕派發嘉賓入場劵及/或畢業禮袍的決定權。
- 逾期回覆將不獲受理。
- 有經濟困難的同學可申請畢業費豁免，詳情請瀏覽下載區。
IVE / HKDI / MSTI / YC Part-time Programmes
- Graduates please indicate your attendance and size of gown for the Graduation Ceremony during the following period:
Phase 1:
For graduates examination results to be announced in July 2024 or before |
Please indicate your attendance between 3 July 2023 (Wednesday) and 12 August 2023 (Monday) |
Phase 2:
For graduates examination results to be announced in August and September 2024 |
Please indicate your attendance between 13 August 2024 (Tuesday) and 13 September 2024 (Friday) |
- After indicating your attendance, please download and save the "Reply Confirmation" for collecting graduation-related items. Please also check your email upon submission to ensure you receive a "Confirmation Email" issued from the system.
- If the "Reply Confirmation" email cannot be provided upon collection, Campus Secretariat reserves the right of distribution.
- Part-time graduates who want to attend the graduation ceremony will need to pay $300 Graduation Fee on or before 2 October 2024 (Wednesday) (Graduation Fee includes Academic Gown and/or admission ticket ). For Methods of Payment, please refer to the “Download Area”.
- Please bring along and present the followings to the Campus Secretariat upon collection:
(i)“Confirmation Email”and
(ii) ATM payment receipt or transaction receipt of PPS through Telephone or Internet (transaction receipt of Graduation Fee).
- If the above items cannot be provided, Campus Secretariat reserves the right of guest admission ticket and/or academic gown distribution
- Late reply will not be entertained.
- Graduates with financial difficulty could apply for Graduation
