於2025年7月或以前獲公布考試成績之畢業生

- 回覆後請下載並儲存“回覆確認”以作日後領取畢業禮袍參考之用。遞交資料後，亦請查閱電郵，確保已收妥由系統所發出的『確認電郵』。
- 如屆時未能提供『確認電郵』, 學院秘書處保留拒絕派發畢業禮袍的權利。
- 逾期回覆將不獲受理。
- 有經濟困難的同學可申請畢業費豁免，詳情請瀏覽下載區。

- Graduates please indicate your attendance and size of gown for the Graduation Ceremony during the following period:
Phase 1:
For graduates examination results to be announced in July 2025 or before |
Please indicate your attendance between 19 June 2025 (Thursday) and 13 August 2025 (Wednesday) |
Phase 2:
For graduates examination results to be announced in August and September 2025 |
Please indicate your attendance between 14 August 2025 (Thursday) and 12 September 2025 (Friday) |
- After indicating your attendance, please download and save the "Reply Confirmation" for collecting graduation-related items. Please also check your email upon submission to ensure you receive a "Confirmation Email" issued from the system.
- If the "Reply Confirmation" email cannot be provided upon collection, Campus Secretariat reserves the right of distribution.
- Late reply will not be entertained.
- Graduates with financial difficulty could apply for Graduation
