- Graduates please indicate your attendance and size of gown for the Graduation Ceremony during the following period:
Phase 1:
For graduates examination results to be announced in July 2026 or before |
Please indicate your attendance between 18 June 2026 (Thursday) and 13 August 2026 (Thursday) |
Phase 2:
For graduates examination results to be announced in August and September 2026 |
Please indicate your attendance between 14 August 2026 (Friday) and 11 September 2026 (Friday) |
- After indicating your attendance, please download and save the "Reply Confirmation" for collecting graduation-related items. Please also check your email upon submission to ensure you receive a "Confirmation Email" issued from the system.
- If the "Reply Confirmation" email cannot be provided upon collection, Campus Secretariat reserves the right of distribution.
- Part-time graduates who want to attend the graduation ceremony will need to pay $300 Graduation Fee on or before 2 October 2026 (Friday) (Graduation Fee includes Academic Gown and/or admission ticket ). For Methods of Payment, please refer to the “Download Area”.
- Please bring along and present the followings to the Campus Secretariat upon collection:
(i)“Confirmation Email”and
(ii) ATM payment receipt or transaction receipt of PPS through Telephone or Internet (transaction receipt of Graduation Fee).
- If the above items cannot be provided, Campus Secretariat reserves the right of guest admission ticket and/or academic gown distribution
- Late reply will not be entertained.
- Graduates with financial difficulty could apply for Graduation
