• Graduates please indicate your attendance and size of gown for the Graduation Ceremony during the following period:
  

  Phase 1: For Higher Diploma graduates examination results to be announced in July 2026 or before	Please indicate your attendance between 18 June 2026 (Thursday) and 13 August 2026 (Thursday)
  Phase 2: For Higher Diploma graduates examination results to be announced in August and September 2026	Please indicate your attendance between 14 August 2026 (Friday) and 11 September 2026 (Friday)
  Phase 3: For Certificate and Diploma graduates with classes completed in AY2025/26	Please indicate your attendance between 8 September 2026 (Tuesday) and 21 September 2026 (Monday)

• After indicating your attendance, please download and save the "Reply Confirmation" for collecting graduation-related items. Please also check your email upon submission to ensure you receive a "Confirmation Email" issued from the system.
• If the "Reply Confirmation" email cannot be provided upon collection, Institute Secretariat reserves the right of distribution.
• Part-time graduates who want to attend the graduation ceremony will need to pay $300 Graduation Fee on or before 2 October 2026 (Friday) (Graduation Fee includes Academic Gown and/or admission ticket ). For Methods of Payment, please refer to the Download Area.
  • Please bring along and present the followings to the Institute Secretariat upon collection:
    (i)“Confirmation Email” and
    (ii) ATM payment receipt or transaction receipt of PPS through Telephone or Internet (transaction receipt of Graduation Fee).
  • If the above items cannot be provided, Institute Secretariat reserves the right of admission ticket and/or academic gown distribution
