請確保你在職業訓練局記錄中的中文及英文名字正確無誤，以便被列印於你的學術成績表及畢業證書上。畢業同學的所屬的學院秘書處亦將以郵寄信件、電郵及/或手機短信發放有關畢業典禮有關的資訊。如有任何個人資料更新，請盡早通知所屬的學院秘書處。

Personal Information Update for Graduates

Please ensure your Chinese and English Names are accurate in VTC’s record as they will be printed on your award academic transcript and certificate.  Graduates will also be receiving graduation-related information from respective Campus Secretariats/Institute Secretariat through posting mail, e-mail and/or SMS. In case any amendment on personal particulars is necessary, please submit your request to your Campus Secretariat/Institute Secretariat ASAP.
