Communication skills are among the requisite core competencies for all professionals. VTC alumnus, Pearl So, was elected as the spokesperson to address competitors from 63 countries and regions at WorldSkills Competition in Kazan, Russia in 2019. She won a Medallion for Excellence at WorldSkills Competition in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 2015.
