International Outlook with Wide Articulation Prospects Furthermore, the VB programme equips students with an international perspective and makes use of both local and overseas scenarios in learning and teaching. The curriculum is designed with reference to local and international academic standards — including the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework (QF), International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) examinations, and Business and Technology Education Council (BTEC) extended diploma programme of the UK — and adopts English as the medium of instruction for most of its modules.
