Training Boards of the VTC To ensure that VPET remains apace with the changing workforce requirements, the VTC is assisted by 25 Training Boards with members from major economic sectors in Hong Kong. The boards and committees conduct manpower surveys of respective industries, advise the HKSAR Government on industry training needs, and provide support for the VTC in programme and infrastructural development, as well as industry attachments.
