Youth College (YC) Youth College offers a wide range of full-time study choices for young people having completed Secondary Three or above to acquire knowledge and skills for further studies and employment. These choices include two international programmes preparing students to exit at a level equivalent to a pass in three A-level and two O-level subjects. Pro-Act by VTC (Pro-Act) Pro-Act by VTC provides practical training and professional development solutions for industries and individuals. Its programmes and services cover industry-specific development programmes, training schemes, trade tests, corporate training and consultancy services. Integrated Vocational Development Centre (IVDC) IVDC provides a variety of programmes to enhance the employability of people with diverse educational attainments and backgrounds. Shine Skills Centre (Shine) Shine Skills Centre provides dedicated skills training and support services for people aged 15 and above with special education needs, helping them to develop their potential and enhance employability. 120
