Hotel and Tourism Institute (HTI) HTI provides professional training for secondary school leavers interested in the hospitality industry. Its T Hotel enables trainees to receive professional training in a real life work environment. Chinese Culinary Institute (CCI) CCI provides training in Chinese culinary skills and catering management for beginners and practising chefs in the industry who wish to obtain or upgrade their qualifications in Chinese Cuisine. International Culinary Institute (ICI) ICI provides culinary training for secondary school graduates and in- service personnel which leads to professional culinary qualifications at different levels. The programmes focus on international cuisines covering European, Mediterranean, South American, Middle Eastern and cuisines of the Asia Pacific region. Maritime Services Training Institute (MSTI) MSTI provides a range of courses for secondary school leavers, local and foreign in-service seafarers and employees of marine-related and shore-based industries.
