Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) PEAK provides a range of professional development courses and Postgraduate programmes in collaboration with overseas universities and local institutions. School for Higher and Professional Education (SHAPE) In collaboration with well-recognised overseas and local universities, SHAPE offers Top-up Degree programmes for VTC’s Higher Diploma graduates who wish to pursue further studies. Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) IVE offers full-time and part-time courses covering an array of disciplines and at levels ranging from Higher Diploma to Certificate, nurturing skills and know-how valued by industries. 118
