Skilling for the Future (2020 Update)

To further the development of THEi, a new campus in Chai Wan was established. The campus features green design principles and contemporary design aesthetics, offering an attractive and interactive learning environment for students of the Faculties of Design and Environment, as well as Management and Hospitality. A 12-storey dormitory in Tsing Yi provides student accommodation with supporting facilities, offering a comfortable and friendly environment for students to learn and grow together. The HKSAR Government has set up a HK$100 million (approximately US$13 million) Maritime and Aviation Training Fund to support the development of aviation and maritime sectors. In response to the directives of this government policy, the VTC is establishing an Aviation and Maritime Education Centre to provide state-of-the-art facilities and support the manpower development of these sectors.
