In 2018, the new ICI campus with purpose-built facilities came into operation. This new campus located in the Southern District of Hong Kong Island complements the well-established Chinese Culinary Institute and the Hotel and Tourism Institute – and thus creates greater synergy among all these VTC member institutions for the training of professionals and the advancement of the culinary and hospitality industries of Hong Kong as a whole.
