Childcare, Elderly and Community Services Discipline provides quality vocational and professional education and training, recognised by the Government and professional bodies. Through fieldwork placement, local and overseas study tours, professional exchanges, service projects and volunteer services, students are equipped and empowered with the professional knowledge, skills, and attitudes to enhance their employability in the field.

industries, Design Discipline provides through Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI)

Engineering professionals are in high demand with the advent of the variety of
large-scale infrastructure and residential smart city projects to cope with

The Engineering Discipline covers a wide spectrum of studies including construction,
electrical and electronic engineering, mechanical and building services engineering,

is constantly evolving in Hong Kong. IVE Hospitality Discipline offers industry relevant programmes
in three major areas:
Hotel and Catering, Tourism and MICE, as well as Leisure and Sports, which are supported by
excellent
facilities and well-balanced curricula. With a practical approach to teaching and learning, students
are required
to undertake industrial attachment to gain real life work experience in their relevant studies.

The Chinese Culinary Institute (CCI) and International Culinary Institute (ICI) provide
