48 Honorary Fellowships Honorary Fellowships are VTC’s highest honour and are conferred on distinguished individuals who have made prominent contributions to the development of VPET or to the community of Hong Kong, demonstrating special affinity with the work and values of the VTC. In 2018/19, we celebrated the conferment of six Honorary Fellows at the VTC Graduation Ceremony, namely: • Mrs Agnes KOON WOO Kam-oi, MH Chief Executive, KSY Speciality Limited • Ms LI Fung-ying, SBS, JP Former Chairperson, Federation of Hong Kong and Kowloon Labour Unions • Ms Bianca MA Kin-san Volunteer Professional in Media, Communications and Project Management for AR Charitable Foundation • Mr PANG Kam-chiu Chief Executive Officer, Pivot Point College Hong Kong • Mr Bob TAN Beng-hai Chairman, Institute of Technical Education, Singapore • Mr Simon WONG Ka-wo, BBS, JP Chairman, Kampery Group 榮譽院士 榮譽院士是 VTC 向社會翹楚所頒授 的最高榮銜，他們對職業專才教育或 香港社會發展的貢獻有目共睹，且與 VTC 的工作理念緊扣相連。 2018/19 年度，我們於 VTC 畢業禮上向以下六 位人士頒授榮譽院士： • 管胡金愛女士 , MH 鷹暉保險顧問有限公司總裁 • 李鳳英女士 , SBS, JP 港九勞工社團聯會前主席 • 馬健生女士 德和慈善基金媒體、傳訊及項目管 理義務顧問 • 彭錦釗先生 香港標榜髮型美容教育學院總裁 • 陳明海先生 新加坡工藝教育局主席 • 黃家和先生 , BBS, JP 金百加集團主席
