26 October 十月 The grand opening of the International Culinary Institute represented a new milestone in the development of VPET, demonstrating VTC’s commitment to nurturing quality manpower in the field of international cuisines to sustain Hong Kong’s reputation as Asia’s gourmet paradise. 國際廚藝學院校舍開幕，標誌著職業專才教育發展的新里程，彰顯 VTC 致力培育優秀廚藝人才，鞏固香港「亞洲美食之都」的美譽。 Under the baton of Artistic Director and Conductor Dr Henry SHEK, the VTC Symphony Orchestra and Chorus presented its annual concert ‘From Russia with Love’. VTC 交響樂團及合唱團舉行「情懷俄 羅斯」周年音樂會，由藝術總監兼指 揮石信之博士帶領表演優美樂章。 November 十一月 A new Building Information Modelling Innovation Hub (BIMiHub) aimed at upgrading and updating the training of students and in-service practitioners on BIM applications was established at VTC Tsing Yi campus. 位於 VTC 青衣校園的 BIM 創新中心 啟用，為學生及在職人士提供培訓， 協助他們掌握最新的建築信息模擬 應用技術。 December 十二月 The VTC 2018 Graduation Ceremony was held for some 21,000 graduates who were conferred with academic awards from Certificate to Higher Diploma. In the same month, over 700 graduates were conferred with Bachelor’s degrees at THEi’s Graduation Ceremony. 約 21,000 名畢業生在 VTC 2018 年度畢業典禮上，獲頒證書至高 級文憑等學歷；同月，逾 700 名畢業生於 THEi 畢業典禮取得學士 學位資歷。
