81 VTC 擁有優秀能幹的員工團隊，在不同崗 位各展所長，成為機構的發展動力。截至 2018 年 3 月 31 日， VTC 共 有 5,880 名 全職員工，當中包括 3,740 名教學及行政 人員， 2,140 名技術及輔助人員。 我們為各職級的員工舉辦各類型的實力建 構活動，包括管理及督導技巧訓練、教師 培訓工作坊、國情研習、語文課程及身 心健康講座等，助他們提升專業和個人才 幹。 我們鼓勵員工參與學術交流活動、國際會 議、展覽及考察訪問，從而拓展與本地及 海外伙伴的合作網絡，增強員工實力。 2017 年 6 月，約 40 名員工到北京參加 清華國情班，了解內地政治、經濟及職業 教育的最新發展。 The VTC takes pride in having a competent and diverse workforce which gives enormous impetus to its organisational advancement. As at 31 March 2018, the number of full-time staff was 5,880, comprising 3,740 teaching and administrative staff, and 2,140 technical and supporting staff. A variety of capability building programmes were organised to uplift the professional and personal capability of our staff members at all levels, including management and supervisory training, teacher training workshops, national studies, language courses and wellness talks. DEVELOPING A CULTURE OF EXCELLENCE 建立卓越文化 By encouraging our staff to participate in various academic exchanges, international conferences, exhibitions and familiarisation visits, our global network with local and overseas partners was broadened and staff competencies strengthened. To learn more about the latest political, economic and vocational education developments in Mainland China, some 40 staff members took part in the National Study Trip to Tsinghua University in June 2017.
