61 VTC 繼續擴展全球網絡,與傑出的大學和 專業團體拓展不同形式的合作項目,包括 學術考察、觀摩、合辦課程與交流等,為 師生拓闊國際視野。 2017/18 年度, VTC 與眾多院校簽訂合作 協議,在專業領域展開伙伴合作,包括法 國的卡蒙多學院、裝飾藝術博物館、聖特 拉斯堡酒店管理與烹飪學院;荷蘭阿姆斯 特丹時裝學院;波蘭波茲南藝術大學;英 國格拉斯哥城市學院、金斯頓大學、格魯 斯特大學、威斯敏斯特大學;以及美國強 生威爾士大學。 拓闊專業合作 過去一年, VTC 接待分別由新加坡總領事、 瑞士溫特圖爾市市長、澳洲維多利亞州政 府培訓與技能部部長率領的多個訪港代表 團,藉此交流對職業專才教育發展的真知 灼見。 2017 年 11 月, VTC 代表出訪新西蘭,了 解航空業的最新科技和實務培訓,又與該 國主要的行業培訓機構 ServiceIQ 探討職 場評核相關的合作。此外,我們於 2018 年 1 月到英國探訪南安普頓索倫特大學, 學習世界級航海培訓的國際辦學模式;又 訪問多間設計學院,包括威斯敏斯特大 學、中央聖馬丁學院、金斯頓大學,探討 設計教育的合作機會。 The VTC continued to widen its global network with leading universities and professional organisations through different forms of collaboration. These included study tours, visits, joint programmes and exchanges, to create more opportunities for our students and staff to expand their international exposure. In 2017/18, the VTC signed MoUs to establish new professional partnerships with École Camondo – Les Arts Décoratifs and Centre Européen de Formation et de Promotion Professionnelle par Alternance pour l'Industrie Hôtelière (CEFPPA) in France; Amsterdam Fashion Institute in the Netherlands; the University of Arts in Poland; City of Glasgow College, Kingston University, the University of Gloucestershire and University of Westminster in the United Kingdom; and Johnson & Wales University in the United States. Expanding Partnerships around the World During the year, we hosted several overseas delegations in Hong Kong, including groups led by the Singapore Consul-General, the Mayor of Winterthur in Switzerland, and the Minister for Training and Skills of Victoria State Government, Australia. These offered valuable opportunities to exchange ideas on the development of VPET and share good practices with each other. In November 2017, a VTC delegation visited New Zealand to learn about the latest technology and training practices in the aviation industry, as well as explore collaborative opportunities on workplace assessment with ServiceIQ, the leading industry training organisation in New Zealand. Another visit was made to our long-standing partner Solent University in the United Kingdom in January 2018 to learn about international best practices in providing world-class marine education and training. Other visits were arranged to design institutions in the United Kingdom including the University of Westminster, Central Saint Martins and Kingston University, to explore collaborative opportunities in design education.
