Quality and Supportive Learning Environment The new THEi campus in Chai Wan came into operation during the year. The award-winning twin-tower campus provides a green learning environment equipped with professional facilities to foster creativity and collaboration among the next generation. 配合 VTC 的課程和服務發展， VTC 致力提 供優良的學習環境和設施，讓學生盡展潛 能。 優質校園 促進學習 THEi 位於柴灣的新校舍於年內啟用，雙塔 式設計獲建築設計獎項，校園綠化並配備 專業設施，提供理想學習環境，激發學生 創新和互動協作。 ICI 新建校舍於 2018 年下旬開幕，成為培 養環球美食廚藝專才的新基地。新校舍先 進設施齊備，包括為不同國家菜系專設的 訓練廚房、廚藝館、名氣匯和感官科學實 驗室等，致力培養飲食業生力軍，鞏固香 港國際美酒佳餚之都的美譽。 SUSTAINABLE CAMPUSES AND SMART INFRASTRUCTURE 提升基建設施 校園持續發展 To create a dynamic and professional learning environment for grooming culinary talent, a new custom-built campus for the ICI would come into use in late 2018. Well equipped with modern facilities including training kitchens for various international cuisines, a Culinarium, a Hall of GAStronomy and a Sensory Lab, it supports our training of new blood to maintain Hong Kong’s reputation as an international wine-and-dine destination.
