30 12 01 02 December 十二月 Some 21,000 graduates were conferred with their academic awards from Certificates to Higher Diplomas at the VTC Graduation Ceremony, with Secretary for Education Mr Kevin YEUNG as Guest of Honour; while some 650 graduates were awarded with Bachelor Degrees at THEi’s Graduation Ceremony.
