12 It is my pleasure to present the Annual Report of the VTC, during the first year of my chairmanship. Having previously served as Deputy Chairman until 2015, I was delighted to rejoin the VTC family in January 2018, knowing the organisation has further grown and prospered over time. 過去一年， VTC 不斷闊步向前，我 很榮幸跟大家分享任內第一份年度 報 告。 自 2015 年 卸 任 VTC 副 主 席，我在 2018 年 1 月再次回歸 VTC 大家庭，擔任 VTC 主席一職。我欣 然見到 VTC 的發展，更上一層樓。 I am especially excited that VPET in Hong Kong continues to gain strength and attract higher recognition.
