Through the Centre for Learning and Teaching, learning series including “AI in Education”, “Engaging Digital Education Series” and “Moodle Mastery Series” are deployed to enhance staff capabilities in AI and education technologies to bolster teaching effectiveness and enrich learning experiences. In addition, workplace attachment schemes facilitate short-term placements with external organisations, providing teaching staff with exposure on emerging technologies and evolving workforce skills requirements. 5,510 full-time staff members 全職員工 38% 62% Staff Development 教職員發展 表揚卓越員工 VTC每年頒發「傑出教學獎」，表揚優秀教學實踐， 促進教職員之間交流經驗。2024年共有六名員工 榮獲此獎項。同時，另有27名員工獲頒「傑出員 工獎」，嘉許他們對機構的貢獻。 另外，VTC頒發長期服務獎予服務超過15年的教 職員以感謝其貢獻，詳情列於下表。 Recognising Staff Achievement Every year, Teaching Excellence Awards are presented to recognise good practices in teaching and encourage experience sharing among teaching staff. Six staff members received this award in 2024. Concurrently, 27 staff members received the Staff Excellence Award for their exceptional contribution to the VTC. In addition, the VTC presents Long Service Awards to staff members serving for more than 15 years to appreciate their commitment. Details are listed as follows.
