51 Preparing Students to Excel in Future Career Pathways VTC students are encouraged to explore career pathway through various industry events and career fairs, so that they are ready to capture advancement opportunities in professional fields of their interest. For instance, the VTC’s Real Estate Services Training Board and Accountancy Training Board actively organised industry seminars, at which students learned about the most recent skills trends and professional development from in-service practitioners.
