We will implement the Carbon Roadmap and, as funding permits, prioritise upgrades to equipment and facilities to enhance efficiency and reduce emissions. We aim to integrate sustainable design, smart technologies and close monitoring to guide continual innovation. Operational Excellence, Innovation and Carbon Reduction We will build a culture of responsibility by deepening student and staff engagement through targeted initiatives and active learning, prioritising workforce development with training, well-being support and future-ready skills such as AI, and promoting community participation to foster collaborative actions and measurable impact. Engagement, Education and Social Responsibility Recognising sustainability as a shared endeavour, we will continue to strengthen ties with the Government, professional bodies, the industry and community organisations to exchange knowledge, scale best practices and advance sustainable development together. Strategic Partnerships and Advocacy 25 Building on our 2023 commitment, we are accelerating the integration of sustainability across our operations. We aim to harness continuous improvement and targeted initiatives to unite three pillars: decarbonising our footprints, empowering through education and forging strategic partnerships.
