Long Service Awards The VTC cherishes the journey shared with our staff. With the Long Service Award, the Council warmly honours colleagues who have devoted many years of service to our community. We celebrate not just the years, but the care, loyalty and positive impact the staff bring to the VTC and everyone around them. Staff Suggestion Scheme To advance VTC’s sustainable commitment, the AY2024/25 Staff Suggestion Scheme encouraged staff to propose innovative ideas for applications and practices focusing on sustainable development. Upcycling and Social Sustainability Proposal Empowering Shine Graduates through Sustainable Practices This initiative, proposed and organised by staff from Shine Skills Centre and CESDO, promoted ESG principles by empowering students and graduates to lead sustainability efforts.
