2 Contents Message from Executive Director Sustainability Commitment Low-carbon Environment Education and Engagement Workforce Well-being and Development Awards and Recognitions Outlook GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE The VTC champions two essentials in its sustainability commitment: environmental protection and staff well-being. To advance this mission, the Corporate Environmental and Sustainable Development Office (CESDO) was established in 2022 to provide strategic leadership and oversight. The office drives progress across four key areas: green campus development, environmental sustainability, environmental education and promotion, and workplace health and safety. Through this dedicated focus, CESDO champions the translation of VTC's sustainability commitment into tangible, lasting impact across the Council.
