Specialised Health and Safety Training The VTC provides comprehensive health and safety training, combining general induction and refresher courses with role‑specific modules. Throughout the year, we offer a series of courses equipping staff with essential knowledge, hands‑on skills and emergency response capabilities, thereby strengthening workplace health and safety, resilience and emergency preparedness. Occupational Health and Safety Management Framework The VTC has established a structured framework aligned with the Labour Department’s Safety Management System model, providing robust monitoring and proactive compliance with statutory requirements. Within this framework, each campus and site develops and implements a customised Campus Safety Management Manual tailored to local activities and operational needs, reinforcing consistent, site‑responsive safety governance and operational resilience throughout the Council.
