Programme Content
The programme covers knowledge of building services and operating principles of various kinds of building facilities. It covers Safety, Health and Environment, Building Services Engineering Technology, Electrical Theory, Building Services Engineering Drawing, Electrical Services, Air-conditioning, Fire Services, Plumbing & Drainage Practices and Intelligent Home System, etc.

Career Prospects
Graduates could be employed as craftsmen or engineering assistants in the trade of building services after completing their apprenticeship.
Articulation
Graduates can further their studies in the Diploma of Vocational Education (DVE) programme. Holders of Diploma of Vocational Education are considered having met the general entrance requirements of Higher Diploma programmes (not applicable to programmes with specific entrance requirements). Professional Recognition
The programme is recognised by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department of the HKSAR Government as satisfying the academic requirements for the registration as Grade ’A’ electrical worker.
