Applicants who are given “Firm Offer”

Applicants should download the payment advice and offer documents via the "VTC S6 Admission Portal"; and
Complete registration before the stipulated deadline, applicants may refer to the payment advice for details.

Failure to complete registration before the stipulated deadline will render the study place offered null and void.

“Conditional Offer”	5 June (Monday)	Applicants who are given “Conditional Offers” Applicants will be notified of offer condition, include entrance requirements^# and required point score of the programme (if applicable).
“Conditional Offer”	19 July (Wednesday) 9:00 a.m.	Release of finalised offer results via the "VTC S6 Admission Portal" Applicants should login to the "VTC S6 Admission Portal" to check the finalised offer results. "Firm Offer" will be converted for applicants who meet both the stipulated entrance requirements^# and required point score (if applicable) of the programme.
Converted to "Firm Offer"	By 19 July (Wednesday) 4:00 p.m.	Applicants whose "Conditional Offers" are converted to "Firm Offer" Applicants are required to login to the "VTC S6 Admission Portal" to confirm acceptance of offer during 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Failure to confirm acceptance of offer before the stipulated deadline will render the study place offered null and void. Applicants can only accept one study place, and are NOT allowed to change or cancel the offer accepted.
Converted to "Firm Offer"	By 24 July (Monday) 12:00 noon	Applicants should download the payment advice and offer documents via the "VTC S6 Admission Portal"; and Complete registration. Failure to complete registration before the stipulated deadline will render the study place offered null and void.

Central Admission Scheme 2023

Central Admission Scheme 2023 will be held from 19 July (Wednesday) to 24 July (Monday) 12:00 noon. Detailed arrangements will be announced on this homepage in early July.
Applicants may apply for admission to full-time Degree, Higher Diploma, Diploma of Foundation Studies, Diploma of Vocational Education and Diploma programmes through the "Central Admission Scheme" via the "VTC S6 Admission Portal". Successful applicants will be notified of the offer results on the day of submission of application.
Offering of study place is subject to the applicants' academic qualifications, interview performance (if applicable), other learning experiences and achievements, and availability of study places.

Registration

Each applicant can only register a study place of one full-time programme.
Applicants are required to complete registration before the deadline, which include paying a registration fee of HK$5,000 (by Faster Payment System (FPS) / ATM / e-Banking services / EPS / Pay at the bank of East Asia by cheque or cash, etc.). Failure to complete registration and pay the registration fee before the stipulated deadlines will render the study place offered null and void. Please refer to the details as stipulated in the registration documents.
Provision of any false or misleading information or failure to provide relevant academic qualification for verification in the application will lead to disqualification without notice and cancellation of any resultant registration. Any fees paid will not be refunded.
Students may be required to attend classes on other VTC campuses. Classes will be conducted in different modes, including face-to-face teaching, online teaching & learning and practical training as deemed appropriate. Registration fees paid are normally not refundable unless the programme is cancelled. VTC reserves the right to cancel any programme, revise programme title, content or change the offering institute(s) / campus(es) / class venue(s) if circumstances so warrant. Details will be announced on this homepage.

Application for Programmes with Available Study Places

Starting from the afternoon of 24 July, applicants who do not have any offer can apply for programmes which have available study places via the "VTC S6 Admission Portal". Detailed arrangements will be announced on this homepage later.

Academic Year Commencement Date

For Degree / Higher Diploma / Diploma of Foundation Studies / Diploma of Vocational Education / Diploma programmes, classes will commence on 1 September 2023 (Friday) tentatively.
Classes of Diploma programmes offered by International Culinary Institute will commence in September 2023 and March 2024.
