Application for Programmes with Available Study Places
 

  • Application Procedures for Full-time Programmes with Available Study Places

 

Fresh Applicants Applicants who have submitted application
  1. New account registration via “VTC S6 Admission Portal”.
  2. Submit application form and pay application fee HK$300.
  3. Upload application fee payment receipt. (The application fee is non-refundable.)
  4. Join “Application for Programmes with Available Study Places” to submit ONE programme choice with ONE campus preference.
  1. Login to “VTC S6 Admission Portal”.
  2. Join “Application for Programmes with Available Study Places” to submit ONE programme choice with ONE campus preference.
  • Applicant will be notified of the offer result within three working days from the date of application submitted via “VTC S6 Admission Portal” and email.
  • If applicant is given an offer via “Application for Programmes with Available Study Places”, please download “Payment Advice for New Student Registration Fee” and “Notes of Acceptance of Offer and Registration” via “VTC S6 Admission Portal”. Please pay the registration fee and upload the registration fee payment receipt or the screen capture by the registration deadline to complete the registration procedure.
  • Please refer to the user guide of registration procedure.
  • If applicant is given no offer may apply for Programmes with Available Study Places again.

 

  • Application Procedures for Part-time Evening Programmes with Available Study Places

Fresh Applicants Applicants who have submitted application
  1. New account registration via “VTC Web-based Admissions System”
  2. Select the application form for the PTE programmes, submit application form (includes making programme choice) and pay application fee HK$60 (The application fee is non-refundable)
  3. It will normally take two working days to verify the application fee payment record
  1. Please download and complete the "Topping-up Application Form"
  2. Email the completed form to the offering campus of the chosen programme (ONE programme choice with ONE campus preference is allowed in EACH application form)
  • Applicant will be notified of the offer results and registration procedures normally within three working days from the date of application is received if applicant is offered a study place. Applicants not receiving any notification within the period may assume that their applications are unsuccessful. For enquiry, please contact respective Institute / Campus.
  • If applicant is given an offer via “Application for Programmes with Available Study Places”, please download “Payment Advice for New Student Registration Fee” and “Notes of Acceptance of Offer and Registration” via “VTC Web-based Admissions System”. Please pay the registration fee and upload the registration fee payment receipt or the screen capture by the registration deadline to complete the registration procedure.
  • If applicant is given no offer may apply for Programmes with Available Study Places again.

  2. Select the application form for the PTD programmes, submit application form (includes making programme choice)
  1. Please download and complete the "Topping-up Application Form"
  2. Email the completed form to the offering campus of the chosen programme (ONE programme choice with ONE campus preference is allowed in EACH application form)

Application for Transfer Between Offers
 

  • Applicants who have accepted offer and completed registration procedures, but would like to apply for transfer to another programme OR offering institute / campus / centre.

  2. Pay the application fee of HK$200 for each application of transfer.
