The programmes integrate structured classroom learning with on-the-job training and are flexibly designed to cater for specific needs of different industries. The programmes aim to provide young people with a clear career progression pathway and prepare them to join those trades and industries with great manpower demand. Applicants of the programmes should complete one-year full-time study of relevant DVE programme at the Youth College and join the Earn and Learn Scheme.
