職學計劃 Earn and Learn Scheme 為配合政府加強職業教育及就業支援的政策，VTC推出Earn and Learn職學計劃，結合有系統的職業教育和在職培訓， 提供清晰的進階路徑，助年輕人投身人力需求殷切的行業。 政府和參與行業為學員提供津貼、職學金和特定薪酬，讓年輕人學習專業知識及技術的同時，獲取穩定收入，實現理 想前景。 To support the Government's initiative to strengthen vocational education and employment support, VTC has introduced the Earn and Learn Scheme which integrates structured vocational education and on-the-job training with clear progression pathways to attract talent for industries with a keen demand for skilled labour. The Government and participating industries will provide the trainees with an allowance and a guaranteed salary respectively, such that the young people can earn a steady income while equipping themselves with knowledge and skills to pursue a promising career. 84
