The Government and participating industries will provide the trainees with an allowance and a guaranteed salary respectively, such that the young people can earn a steady income while equipping themselves with knowledge and skills to pursue a promising career. 計劃期間，學員一面接受在職培訓，一面讀書進修，獲取 穩定收入及認可學歷。 Throughout the Scheme, participants can acquire knowledge and skills with recognised qualifications as well as enjoy a steady income. 完成計劃後可銜接更高學歷，向專業路邁進。 Upon completion of the Scheme, graduates are able to develop their career pathways by pursuing further studies leading to higher academic qualifications. 畢業學員將獲認可學歷，月薪過萬。 Graduates will receive a recognised qualification and monthly income of over ten thousand dollars. 過百間企業參與，涵蓋多個專業範疇，為學員提供培訓及 就業機會。 With the participation of over a hundred enterprises, participants enjoy education and training opportunities covering a diversified range of studies.
