Applicants are required to pay the first installment of tuition fees and complete the registration procedure before the stipulated deadlines. Any fees paid are not refundable unless the programme is cancelled. 2. In addition to tuition fees, students of Higher Diploma programmes will be required to pay the fee for the study packages of English modules and Chinese & Putonghua modules. 3. Some studentsmay be required to study bridgingmodules or enhancement programmes to better support their study; or to attend additional training and industrial attachment, for which separate fees will be charged. 4. Registered Apprentices applied through Office of the Director of Apprenticeship will be informed of the tuition fee separately. 5. Some programmes joined the ”Vplus Subsidy Scheme”. Students who study these programmes could not apply for “Vplus Subsidy Scheme” and “Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme” by Student Finance Office at the same time. 備註 Notes 學費水平每年會因應通脹及有關因素作適當調整，2021 / 22學年日間兼讀制課程學費載列如下： The tuition fee levels will be reviewed annually subject to inflationary adjustments and other relevant factors. The fee rates for Part-time Day programmes in the academic year 2021/22 are set out below: General Entrance Requirements Part-time Day Programmes Required Academic Qualifications 1 Higher Diploma • Five HKDSE subjects at Level 2 or above 2 , including English Language and Chinese Language; OR • One HKALE A-Level subject or two AS-Level subjects at Grade E or above; AND Five HKCEE subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above, including English Language 3 and Chinese Language; OR • VTC Foundation Diploma (Level 3) / Diploma of Foundation Studies; OR • VTC Diploma in Vocational Education / Diploma of Vocational Education 4 / Diploma of Vocational Baccalaureate*; OR • Yi Jin Diploma / Diploma Yi Jin 4 ; OR • Equivalent Diploma of Vocational Education / Diploma of Vocational Education - Earn and Learn Scheme • Completed 1-year Training and joined the Earn and Learn Scheme 5 ; OR • Equivalent Certificate of Vocational Education • Completion of Secondary 3; OR • Equivalent Certificate • Completion of Secondary 3; OR • Equivalent 1. Public examination results under old and new academic structures will NOT normally be considered in combination in the assessment for admission. Offering of study place is subject to the applicants’ academic qualifications, interview / test performance (if applicable), and availability of study places. An “Attained”, “Attained with Distinction (I)” and “Attained with Distinction (II)” in an HKDSE Applied Learning (ApL) subject (Category B subjects) are regarded as equivalent to an HKDSE subject at “Level 2”, “Level 3” and “Level 4” respectively, and a maximum of two ApL subjects (excluding ApL(C)) can be counted for admission purpose. A “Grade D or E” and a “Grade C or above” in an HKDSE Other Language subject (Category C subjects) are regarded as equivalent to an HKDSE subject at “Level 2” and “Level 3” respectively, and one Other Language subject can be counted for admission purpose. 3. Applicants who took HKCEE English Language in 2006 or before should have attained Grade E or above (Syllabus B) / Grade C or above (Syllabus A). 4. Holders of Diploma in Vocational Education / Diploma of Vocational Education (DVE) (students admitted to DVE in AY2017/18 or before are required to complete prescribed further studies modules) and holders of Yi Jin Diploma / Diploma Yi Jin are considered having met the general requirements of Higher Diploma programmes (not applicable to programmes with specific entrance requirement). 5. Notes Upon Completion of the Diploma of Vocational Baccalaureate (DVB) Programmes, students can progress to degree or higher diploma programmes in VTC, subject to their BTEC and IGCSE results. Students shall pay attention to the specific entrance requirements of some degree / higher diploma programmes (if applicable). *
