Hospitality Discipline offers industry relevant programmes in three major areas: Hotel and Catering, Tourism and MICE as well as Leisure and Sports, which are supported by excellent facilities and well-balanced curricula. With a practical approach to teaching and learning, students are required to undertake industrial attachment to gain real life work experience in their relevant studies. The degree programme has been accredited by Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) as equivalent to a local degree programme and entitled for the Government annual subsidy of HK$31,300*. The relevant top-up Degree programmes are offered by Sheffield Hallam University and Northumbria University in the UK.
