39 透過「VTC網上入學申請系統」公布取錄結果︰2026年7月28日 (中午12時) Announcement of Offer Results via "VTC Web-based Admissions System": 28 July 2026 (12:00 noon) (https://admission.vtc.edu.hk/onlineform) • 申請人可透過「VTC網上入學申請系 統」查閱取錄結果。(取錄結果亦會 於稍後分批透過電郵發放) • 獲取錄的申請人可於「VTC網上入學 申請系統」下載繳費通知書及註冊文 件。 • 申請人須於註冊限期前繳付繳費通知 書上所列載的款項及將繳費收據上傳 至「VTC網上入學申請系統」，以辦 理入學註冊手續。 • 取錄院校將於稍後通知申請人核實文 件的安排。申請人必須親身向學院職 員出示身份證明文件及學歷文件正本 以便院校核實。如申請人未能提供相 關文件作核實，所獲派之學位雖經註 冊，亦屬無效，所繳費用概不發還。 • 若學生在入學時未滿18歲，必須取得 父母或法定監護人的書面同意，即由 父母或法定監護人填寫一份獨立的 「家長監護人同意書」。此同意書將 經由新生註冊系統 / 學院秘書處收 取。如職業訓練局未收到該同意書， 可能難以為未成年學生安排某些教學 活動，或會影響其正常學習生活。如 未能合理時間內完成並提交該同意 書，學生將被注銷學籍，且所有已繳 費用將不獲退還。 • 在接納學位前，請瀏覽VTC入學網頁 (https://www.vtc.edu.hk/admission)。 • 如申請人未獲取錄，可遞交課程餘額 申請而毋須再次繳付申請費。有關安 排將稍後於VTC入學網頁公布。 • Offer results will be announced via "VTC Web-based Admissions System". (Offer results will also be sent to applicants via email afterwards by batches) • Applicants with offer may download the payment advice and offer documents at the "VTC Web-based Admissions System". • After settled the fees listed in the payment advice, applicants are required to upload the payment receipt to "VTC Web-based Admissions System" to complete registration before the stipulated deadline. • Offering campus will inform the applicants of the arrangement on verifying his / her documents for admission. Applicants must personally present his / her identity document and original of academic qualification documents for verification upon arrival to campus. If the applicants fail to provide relevant documents, his / her enrollment will be disqualified and the resultant registration will be cancelled. Any fees paid will not be refunded. • Students who will be under 18 years old before class commencement must obtain the written consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) by having them complete a separate Parents/Guardians Consent Form. This form will be collected by the New Student Registration System or Campus Secretariat. Without the required consent form, VTC may have difficulty in arranging some of the teaching and learning activities for a student minor, and therefore, his or her studies may be affected. Failure to complete and submit the Parents/ Guardians Consent Form within a reasonable time will result in de-registration, and any fees paid will not be refunded. • Before you accept an offer, please visit the VTC Admission Homepage (https://www.vtc.edu.hk/admission). • Applicants who do not have any offer may apply for programmes which have available study places. These applicants are not required to pay the application fee again. Detailed topping up arrangements will be announced on the VTC Admission Homepage in due course. 注意事項 Points to Note • 在申請過程中提供任何虛假或誤導性 資料會導致即時取消入學資格，已繳 付費用概不發還。 • 夜間兼讀制課程的一般上課時間為晚 上六時半至九時半或晚上七時至十 時。部分課程亦須於星期六、星期日 或夏季學期上課。 • 學生或須於其他VTC院校上課。課堂 將以面授或其他不同模式進行，包括 網上教學及實務培訓等。如果有關課 程被取消，所有已繳交費用將會發 還。VTC可因應情況取消任何課程、 修正課程名稱、內容或更改開辦課程 的院校 / 分校 / 上課地點，詳情將於 VTC入學網頁公布。 • Provision of any false or misleading information in your application will lead to disqualification without notice and cancellation of any resultant registration. Any fees paid will not be refunded. • Classes of part-time evening programmes are normally held from 6:30p.m. to 9:30p.m. or 7:00p.m. to 10:00p.m. Some programmes will have classes scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays or during Summer Semester. • Students may be required to attend classes on other VTC campuses. Classes will be conducted in different modes, including face-to-face teaching, online teaching and learning, practical training as deemed appropriate. All fees paid will be refunded if the programme is cancelled. VTC reserves the right to cancel any programme, revise programme title, content or change the offering institute(s) / campus(es) / class venue(s) if circumstances so warrant.
