酒店及旅遊學院(HTI)、中華廚藝學院(CCI) 及國際廚藝學院(ICI)提供廚藝、酒店、餐飲、 旅遊及活動與盛事營運相關課程,一般修讀期 為一至兩年。 學院設有完善的訓練設施,包括T酒店(訓練酒 店)、中西式訓練餐廳、多國菜系訓練廚房、葡 萄酒研習室、咖啡訓練工房、調酒工房等,透過 款待真實客人累積實戰經驗。學院更提供就業 轉介服務,提升學生投身專業的競爭力。 課程獲本地及海外相關專業組織認可,畢業生 可投身不同的款待業機構,例如酒店及度假村、 郵輪及主題樂園、餐飲集團及食肆、私人會所及 展覽、航空公司及旅行社、餐飲及葡萄酒商;或 從事活動統籌和客戶服務等工作,出路多元化。 The Hotel and Tourism Institute (HTI), Chinese Culinary Institute (CCI), and International Culinary Institute (ICI) offer a range of Diploma programmes in culinary arts, hotel, food & beverage service, tourism and event operations, with a typical duration of one to two years. HTI, CCI and ICI are equipped with world-class training facilities, including The T Hotel (training hotel), Chinese and Western training restaurants, multi-cuisine training kitchens, wine and beverage laboratory, coffee training workshop, and a mixology workshop, allowing students to gain hands-on experience by serving real customers. Job placement service will be provided to students upon graduation.
