The programme also equips students with the necessary technical and professional knowledge and skills, initially at paraprofessional level, through a mix of theoretical and practical application For graduates who opt for further studies They may articulate to the degree programme offered by THEi, such as: BA (Hons) in Culinary Arts and Management Graduates may also apply for the degree programmes offered by the following institution(s): University College Birmingham, UK Northumbria University, UK For graduates who opt for employment They may be employed as operative positions like Junior Pastry Chef, in patisseries, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, hotels, resorts, theme parks, clubhouses and more.
