初級全能海員證書 Certi cate for Junior General Purpose Ratings 本課程旨在滿足航海業的人力需 求，為業界提供一些已獲初級全能 海員培訓的生力軍。此外，可讓有 志選擇其他途徑去發展個人事業的 年青人提供更多選擇機會。 此課程根據國際海事組織培訓值班 及發證標準而制定，並已獲香港 海事處核准為合資格的海員訓練課 程，畢業生可投身為海員或海事相 關行業的從業員。 This course aims at meeting the manpower needs of the maritime industry by providing new force of properly trained junior general purpose ratings. It also provides opportunities for youngsters who are looking for other alternatives for their career advancement. In addition, the course is developed according to the requirements of the International Convention on standard of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) and has been duly approved by the Hong Kong Marine Department as a Quali ed Seafarers Training Course.
