Offers three core modules of Front Of ce, Housekeeping and Food and Beverage • Students are required to select one of the following trade-specific modules as an elective: ※ Fundamentals of Western appetizer, main dish and pastry preparation ※ Hotel spa concierge and sales ※ Group tour and travel agency service ※ Catering event coordination and operations (More modules are included in the programme) • Extends knowledge and skills in other study areas relevant to hotel operations with a view to widen exposure for articulation or employment opportunities • Emphasises hands-on experience with practical training and Integrated Learning Experience in the training hotel and restaurants that will help shape students' attitudes and professionalism in the hotel industry • Students who have successfully passed the programme / modules may choose to articulate to Diploma programmes offered by the Hotel and Tourism Institute, Chinese Cuilinary Institute and International Culinary Institute; or start a career at the operative level of the hospitality industry 入學要求: 完成中三或同等學歷 Entry requirement: Completion of Secondary 3 or equivalent 35 (Information as of mid December 2025, please refer to Admission Homepage for the latest information.)
