畢業生分享 Graduate Story 學院課程讓我有機會接觸並學習的中國地方菜式,從而掌握有關知識及技巧,並發掘自己的目標─成為一位中 廚師。 學院的鼓勵和導師的支持,給予我很大動力。為了提升廚藝技術和汲取更多學習經驗,我參加了不少廚藝比賽。 我更於2018年由香港青年協會主辦的「低碳廚房創意食譜烹飪比賽」中奪得冠軍,為我增強信心,並立志繼 續向中廚行業邁進。 During the programme, I have learnt a wide range of regional Chinese cuisines and techniques which inspired me to become a Chinese chef. With encouragement and support from instructors and the Institute, I learned with great motivation and have participated in numerous culinary competitions in order to enhance my culinary skills and learning experiences. I am delighted to have won the championship in the "2018 Low Carbon Kitchen Creative Recipe Culinary Competition" organised by The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups.
