The Food Science Laboratory supplements the culinary skills training. With the help of experienced instructors and the latest educational software, trainees have lessons in food nutrition, workplace hygiene, health and safety, environmental protection and related subjects.
The Computer Training Room encourages trainees to complement their lectures and practical skills training through interactive learning. Trainees are better equipped with computer operation knowledge to increase their competitiveness in today's information technological era.
