Basic Food Hygiene Certificate for Hygiene Managers (bridging course)

 

 

Duration:

3:00pm - 6:00pm OR 6:00pm - 9:00pm ( 4 sessions - one session per week )

 

 

Enrolment: In-service personnel in the catering industry
   

Course Content:

  • Hygiene Practices and Proper Food Handling
  • Environmental Hygiene, Cleaning and Sanitation
  • Hong Kong Food Regulations and Hygiene Management

 

 

Fee:

HK$600.00 by cash or cheque (payable to “Vocational Training Council”)

 

 

Certificate Award:

Those with an attendance of 100% and who have achieved a minimum score of 50 in the examination will be awarded a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate for Hygiene Managers recognized by Food and Environmental Hygiene Department. Please also bring along copy of Basic Food Hygiene Certficate for Hygiene Supervisors recognized by Food and Environmental Hygiene Department or Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene recognized by Royal Society for Public Health upon submission of the application.

   

Remark:

- Medium of instruction will be in Chinese supplemented with English terminology
