Basic Food Hygiene Certificate for Hygiene Managers

 

 

Duration:

3:00pm - 6:00pm OR 6:00pm - 9:00pm ( 7 sessions - one session per week )

 

 

Enrolment: (On-service personnel in the catering industry)
   

Course Hours:

9:00am - 5:30pm (One day per week)

 

 

Course Content:

  • Food Safety and Hygiene
  • Microorganisms and Crisis of Food Poisoning
  • Food Contamination
  • Hygiene Practices and Proper Food Handling
  • Environmental Hygiene, Cleaning and Sanitation
  • Hong Kong Food Regulations and Hygiene Management

 

 

Fee:

HK$980.00 ( OR HK$580.00 with exemption ) Accept cash or cheque (Cheque payable to “Vocational Training Council”)

 

 

Certificate Award:

Those with an attendance of 80% or more and who have achieved a minimum score of 50 in the examination will be awarded a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate for Hygiene Managers recognized by Food and Environmental Hygiene Department

   

Remark:

- Medium of instruction will be in Chinese supplemented with English terminology
