Remarks: |
- Medium of Instruction: Chinese supplemented with English Terminology.
- Trainees are required to take a trade test before graduation; the relevant fee shall be paid by the trainees
- Students enrolling for this course must maintain the health standards required of a food handler throughout the duration of training. This encompasses taking a medical check, at student's own expenses which includes urine routine, stool routine, stool culture (salmonella spp), hepatitis A virus Ab lgG and chest X-ray.
- For students who have a negative hepatitis A virus result, a vaccine is recommended.
- Applicants should have good sense of smell.
