- Cleansing procedures of chinaware, glassware and silverware

- Job-related English and Putonghua
- Table setting and service procedures
- Food & beverage terminology and knowledge
- Concept of food & beverage and cocktail mixing
- Banquet decoration and standard service procedures
- Basic knowledge and standard service procedures for Guangdong Cuisine
- Standard service procedures for room service
- Promotion and sales skills
- Guests psychology and relations, complaint handling and case study
- Handling and operation of electronic payment system
