Notes:
i The tuition fee for each 15 credits module is HK$15,500 and project is HK$16,000. The amount paid for
each instalment will depend on the number of module / project taken in the semester.
The tuition fee will be paid within one month before the commencement of the semester.
(Semester 1: From September to February; Semester 2: From March to August)
ii These fees are for students starting their programme in AY2023/24 and are fixed for the
duration of their programme.
iii Students may incur additional costs during their course of study. Please refer to the following
section for details.

Note 1: | The fee is applicable to an extension of registration period for more than one month and will be collected upon confirmation of extension from WMG, The University of Warwick. The fee will be waived for an extension initiated by the University and supported with a letter or written document from them. |
Note 2: | The fee is applicable to students who are required by the Exam Board to resubmit the project. |
Note 3: | Students failing to fully pay the required fees by the specified deadline will be liable to de-registration from study, and the Reinstatement Fee will be charged for each request for reinstatement of registration. The reinstatement request will be processed only when the fee and any other outstanding debts have been settled by students. |
Note 4: | Graduation Fee is collected from students upon their indication of attending the graduation ceremony in Hong Kong. All graduation fees paid will not be refunded even if the students subsequently do not attend the ceremony. |
