Follow the procedure below.

Step 1: Click on a discussion topic.

Step 2: From the messages screen, click "Create Message" . The Create Message pop-up window appears.

Step 3: Enter the subject and content of your message. You can also attach a file. Click "Post".

Tips:
You can format the posting text and include an image using the "HTML Creator" or attach a file.
