The
Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) located at the
VTC Headquarters maintains the platform and keeps on monitoring
the server and network performance.
It
also provides services related to user account administration.
If you find any problem about the SRS database, platform, server
and network performance, you can also get help from your
local campus computer support (e.g. Analyst Programmer
of Learning Resource Center).
