First of all, make sure you have already activated your Computer Network Account (CNA) at https://cnatools.vtc.edu.hk/.

Secondly, make sure there is no typo error; so try again. Be aware that the password is case-sensitive.

In general, all teaching staff have access to the WebCT platform. However, it is possible that the WebCT ID may not be provided. Online application for WebCT ID is available at http://utilities.webct.vtc.edu.hk/.
