Why and how should I turn off my Internet Explorer (IE) pop-up blocker?
 

It is because WebCT makes extensive use of pop-up windows, for example, the course materials and web links. If your browser blocks access, you will not able to see the materials.

To turn off the IE pop-up blocker:
1. Open an Internet Explorer window.
2. From the upper menu bar, click
Tools >> Pop-up Blocker >> Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.
